Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and all major credit cards. If you do not have insurance, you will be expected to pay for your
charges in full on the day services are performed.
Dental Insurance
We will submit your services to any PPO insurance plan, even those that are not in network.* Most plans have out-of-network benefits, but be prepared for the possibility that you may incur additional costs if there is a difference between our prices and theirs.
Occasionally, some patients have plans that will not pay out-of-network providers (called DMO's or DHMO's), so if you are not certain, you may want to call your insurance plan prior to your appointment. Otherwise, be prepared to pay for your appointment in full. We can submit the claim to your insurance and reimburse you if they pay towards your visit.
*Please note that we cannot submit claims to Medicaid or its ancillaries,
but Dr. Davis is a provider for the Bureau of Worker's Compensation (BWC).
Financing Options
CareCredit is a company that helps you pay for dental procedures your insurance does not cover. Our relationship with CareCredit enables us to extend 0% interest financing to you for up to 6 months. Once you've been approved for CareCredit, you may also be able to use your card at other offices (chiropractor, eye doctor, veterinarian, etc.).You can apply to CareCredit easily online with just three simple steps, or we would be more than happy to apply for you via the telephone. After you've been approved, you're free to use your CareCredit card to finance your services at our office.
